The 2019 Kenya Swimming Federation Long Course Championship will take place from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th February 2019 at the Aquatic Stadium, Kasarani in Nairobi. The three days FINA sanctioned event has attracted 280 Swimmers from across the country. Dolphins Swim Club and Seals Swim Club from Uganda with a total of 48 swimmers will also be participating. The Championship has been organised to run on a “heat and finals” format, Heats will start at 8 am till midday while Finals will start from 3pm and run till 6pm.
